My deepest desire is to help others be their best self. As a wife, mother, psychologist, counselor, and coach I have had many opportunities to do just that. Throughout my life, I have always believed that children are gifts to be cherished. Yet these gifts may push buttons while learning about their world. Allowing children, both at home and at school, to realize their full potential has been a personal goal of mine.

I have always believed that every human being is good with a need for belonging. Through mutual contribution and positive relationships, we can all thrive.

When I was introduced to Adlerian Psychology and Positive Discipline, I discovered a philosophy that took all of my beliefs and perceptions and put them into manageable processes, easy to share with others through remarkable tools found in the literature and through experiential opportunities. This has transformed every relationship in my life.

As a wife and mother of three amazing children, this new philosophy allowed me to be consistent and respectful, alleviating potential tension in our home. I must say, through these lived lessons, family became a much more enjoyable experience.

When not at home, I enjoy leading, educating, counseling, and coaching. I have spent over 20 years working with school aged children, primarily working with children and youth that have been deemed at-risk for one reason or another. Shifting to counseling has helped me to reach my lifelong goal of working with families all around the world, find their full potential.

Let’s work together. My greatest joy is sharing these tools and techniques with others to help them discover balance in their personal and professional lives.
